14yo diver Tom Daley = an Olympic prodigy
14yo gymnast He Kexin = an underage Olympic scandal
Stop telling me what the rules are.
A double backflip is a double backflip, above water or not.
Why don't the IOC go stop 33yo gymnast or 41yo swimmer from competing too, citing "safety" concerns?!
Yes. It is wrong to lie. Bad China Bad!
But this really is a bunch of bureaucratic/sour-grape nonsense.
