If I had money (2)
I would double the salary of all postdoc researchers.
I would circumsize the whole Africa.
I would support all the environmental & stem cell scientists who have ever been silenced or sacked by George Fucking Bush.
I would buy up FOX NEWS and undo all it's right wing hypocrisy.
I would support politicians that believe in global warming and gun control.
I would produce hybrid cars and sell them at lower prices.
I would make energy-saving light bulbs and sell them as cheap as the regular ones.
I would buy up MTV & VH1 and stop all those nonsense reality shows telling teenages that being trashy = fashionable.
I would buy up and destroy ALL the pictures of Pussy Hilton so that she no longer attacks my eyes.
I would pay James Blunt and Aqualung NOT to sing ever again.
I would buy all those gay.com, match.com, manhunt.com and delete all those profiles and personals that say "No Asian".

These hands are small, but they are mine.
Last talk~! Just gave the last talk of my postdoc research on a failed blood test. It was only 2 days ago that I needed to take on this 100-yo prima donna and wrestled out of his hands results that belong to me.
Feels GOOD. Finally over. This long march nightmare.
For the past 3 years I've been slaving away days and nights, defining the new low of the REWARD:EFFORT ratio.
I was too tired to be nervous, too jaded to dress up my data and make something out of nothing, and just couldn't be bothered to be anything but my honest, critical (and therefore, unAmerican) self.
But somehow, after 40 slides of negative results, I got raving reviews + two(!) arounds of applause. Must've been the best lack-of-progress report ever given!
